On this page

This IPTV copyright policy explains how 4K IPTV (“we”, “us” and “our”) respects the rights of copyright owners, and how a rights holder can report a concern to us. We take copyright seriously. We read every notice we receive, and we act on valid complaints. This IPTV copyright policy sits alongside our IPTV terms of service.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our customers to do the same. We do not accept the misuse of copyright works through our website or our service. If a rights holder tells us about a problem, we want to hear about it and deal with it quickly. This IPTV copyright policy applies to our website and our service.

Copyright protects works such as TV programmes, films, music, sport broadcasts and images. Copyright infringement happens when someone copies, shares, shows or sells a protected work without the permission of the owner, and the law does not allow it.

If you own a copyright, or you act for the owner, and you believe that something connected to our website or our service infringes it, please send us a written notice. Your notice should include:

  • Your full name, your company (if any), your address, your email and your phone number
  • A clear description of the work you say has been infringed
  • Where and how the work appears, for example the channel name, the web address, and the date and time
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by the owner, its agent or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are allowed to act for the owner
  • Your signature, either typed or electronic

Send your notice by email to support@4kiptv.services.

What We Do After We Receive a Notice

When we receive a complete notice, we:

  1. Check it carefully
  2. Act quickly, and remove or disable access to the material where we can, if the notice is valid
  3. Reply to the person who sent the notice, to tell them what we have done
  4. Tell the customer involved, where this is needed
  5. Keep a record of the notice and our action

If your notice is missing information, we will ask you to send the missing details.

Counter-Notice

If you think we removed or blocked something by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice at support@4kiptv.services. Please give us your name and contact details, a description of the material and where it appeared, and a short statement that you believe it was removed by mistake. We will review it and reply.

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or end the plan of any customer who breaks copyright rules, or who does so more than once. This follows our terms of service and this IPTV copyright policy.

Your Responsibility as a Customer

When you use our service, you must not record, copy, share, resell or publish any content from it. You must also not use the service in a way that breaks the law. You can read the full rules in our terms of service.

False Claims

Please only send a notice if you are sure it is correct. A false or misleading claim can have legal results, and may make you responsible for costs and damage.

UK and US Law

We follow UK copyright law, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Rights holders in the United States may also send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). You can read more about copyright in the UK on the GOV.UK website.

We may update this IPTV copyright policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
