Our Service

We provide a subscription service that lets you watch live TV channels, movies and series over the internet. You need an internet connection and a compatible device. We may change, add or remove channels, titles and features from time to time. We cannot promise that every channel or title will always be available.

Free Trial

We offer a free 24 hour trial. The trial lets you test the service on your own device before you buy. A trial is for one person on one device. We may refuse or end a trial if we think it is being misused.

Plans and Prices

You can choose a 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months plan. The price of each plan is shown on our plans page. Each plan includes 1 connection, which means 1 screen can play at a time. Our plans do not renew automatically. When your plan ends, it stops. To renew, message us on WhatsApp.

Payment

You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or debit and credit card. Your plan starts after we receive your payment. We may ask you to confirm your payment details to keep your order safe.

Your Account and Login Details

We send you login details when your plan starts. Please keep them private. You must not share them with other people or use them on more than the number of connections in your plan. You are responsible for anything done with your login. Message us straight away if you think someone else is using it.

Acceptable Use

When you use our service, you agree that you will not:

• Share, sell or rent your login details or your plan to anyone else
• Resell, copy or record our service or its content
• Use the service for anything illegal
• Try to break, hack or overload our service or website
• Use the service in a way that harms other customers

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your plan.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep our service running well, but we cannot promise it will always work without breaks. Problems can happen because of maintenance, your internet connection, your device or other things outside our control. If you have a problem, message us and we will do our best to fix it.

Refunds and Cancellation

Our refund rules are in our refund policy. Please read it before you order. Because plans do not renew automatically, you do not need to cancel to stop paying. If you want to stop using your plan early, message us and we will explain your options.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these IPTV terms of service takes away your legal rights as a consumer under UK law. If you buy from us as a consumer, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You can find out more about your rights from Citizens Advice.
